The Kansas Beta executive teams met to set a vision, purpose and goals for the 2023 school year…….and yes did a little team building along the way.

Their vision: We will create a chapter home that is welcoming, transparent and culturally relevant to our brothers, the university, and our community. By doing so, we will inspire our members, fill our home, retain upper classmen and be recognized as a top SigEp Buchanan Cup chapter.

Their Purpose: We will be the top fraternity on campus by teaching young men how to become the best versions of themselves. In so doing our brothers will feel a sense of belonging, purpose and be recognized on campus as successful, passionate and balanced leaders.
